Rifle scope MPVO Continental with a 50 mm objective lens and adjustable magnification from 2x to 16x by Vector Optics. The scope features a VET-10 BDC reticle etched onto the SFP (Second Focal Plane). This means that the reticle scale remains constant regardless of magnification. Additionally, the Tauron features a illuminated reticle with 11-step brightness adjustment via a knob on the side of the scope.

If necessary, the CR2032 battery can be easily replaced by unscrewing the cap on the scope housing. The space between the glass lenses is filled with nitrogen to reduce fogging, and the glass itself is multi-coated for better light transmission. The 30 mm diameter tube allows for a wide range of ring-based mounts.

The device was designed for dynamic shooting at medium and long ranges. At a distance of 100 m, the scope provides a field of view of 20.5 m at minimum magnification and 2.56 m at maximum magnification. The turret drums allow for 110 MOA of vertical adjustment and 1/4 MOA of horizontal adjustment per click. The adjustment knobs are easily accessible and produce a distinctive click when manipulated.

The scope’s housing is made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. This results in a compact design capable of withstanding shocks of up to 750 G, and the sealing ensures compliance with IP67 standards. When the scope is not in active use, a neoprene scope cover can be used to protect it from unwanted scratches or dirt.
