The footprint adapter is used to convert the X-MOD modular interface used in the VAS series risers to the RUM mounting standard. This solution allows for the secure mounting of collimators compatible with the RUM footprint on Picatinny rails or 45-degree side mounts.

The plate is made of durable 6061-T6 aluminum using precision CNC machining, and its outer surface has been treated with a black matte anodized finish. This protects the metal from external factors and prevents light reflections. A secure fit with the X-MOD interface ensures that the sight’s optical axis remains aligned and that the aiming point is repeatable.
