The Aria 2 RGB headlamp from Petzl is designed for hybrid power and emits light in four colors. It allows for precise illumination of your surroundings as well as discreet path lighting. The internal components are protected by a polymer housing sealed against harsh conditions, offering protection against both water and impacts. A flexible, easily adjustable headband is used to secure the headlamp to the head, allowing for a comfortable fit—for example, when wearing it with a winter hat.

The headlamp has a maximum light output of 450 lumens. It offers 3 lighting modes, with the high and medium modes featuring an additional reserve mode that reduces light intensity to extend runtime. The headlamp features the Hybrid Concept power system, meaning it can be powered by both AAA batteries and rechargeable AAA batteries, as well as the separately available Petzl Core rechargeable battery.

The flashlight features an LED indicating the power status and a lock to prevent accidental activation. The polymer housing is rated for durability in accordance with the ANSI/PLATO FL 1 standard. Thanks to its seals, the flashlight meets the IP67 waterproof rating. It is also resistant to drops from heights of up to 2 meters and meets the IK07 impact resistance standard.
