The Aria 1 RGB is a versatile headlamp from Petzl designed for hybrid power. It can produce a light beam in one of four colors: white or any color from the RGB palette. A durable polymer housing protects it from harsh weather and environmental conditions. A flexible, easily adjustable strap secures the headlamp to the head, allowing for a comfortable fit—for example, when worn with a winter hat.

The headlamp features Hybrid Concept power, meaning it can run on both AAA batteries and the dedicated Petzl Core rechargeable battery. The headlamp delivers up to 350 lumens when powered by AAA batteries and up to 475 lumens when powered by the CORE rechargeable battery. The white light has three modes, with the high and medium modes featuring an additional reserve mode that extends the total runtime.

The flashlight features an LED indicator showing the battery status and a lock to prevent accidental activation. The polymer housing is rated for durability in accordance with the ANSI/PLATO FL 1 standard. The seals used meet the IP67 rating, which means the flashlight is resistant to submersion to a depth of up to 1 meter. As a result, the flashlight is resistant to most hazards it may encounter during field use.
