Helikon - Field Hat Boonie Mk2 - NyCo Ripstop - PenCott WildWood - KA-BMK-NR-45

A new version of the boonie hat from the well-established Helikon company. It was made of NylonCotton (NyCo) Ripstop fabric, which features exceptional resistance to tearing or other damage. The structure of the hat has a reinforced mesh, which protects against drastic tearing of the fabric. A high grammage of 225 gsm with fewer layers translates into a lightweight hat.

On the outside, all the different elements of the headgear are made in the same color and camouflage. The interior has a brightly colored mesh that can be used for signaling or marking when pulled to the left. In addition, the hat has four vents to improve ventilation of the head. The headgear itself can be easily folded and stowed in a backpack.

As standard, the hat has an adjustable cord by which it can be carried or hung around the neck when the wearer does not need it on his head. Integrated features allow the headgear to be attached to a Raid sweatshirt from Helikon. Two Velcro panels allow you to personalize, distinguish or easily identify the wearer. A sewn-on strap on the outside of the hat allows the wearer to attach additional items.
