Redox Alpha V3 microprocessor-based charger
A new and improved version of the popular Alpha charger from Redox, the Redox Alpha V3 features, among other things, updated software to ensure long and stable operation. In addition, a large heatsink has been fitted at the top of the charger for excellent heat dissipation. It is possible to change the charging current on the charger and monitor the voltage of each cell during charging!
The new software now allows the charging of high-voltage lithium polymer (LiHV) batteries and also includes 5 additional unique features:
- Meter Lixx Battery Status - full information on the connected pack: % charge, type, current voltage, voltage on each cell
- Battery IR - meter of the internal resistance (impedance) of the cells in a connected lithium battery, so that the condition of the battery cells can be accurately analysed
- Lithium Battery Balancer - Independent of the charging/discharging process, a built-in balancer for lithium cells allows the voltages between cells in the pack to be equalised.
- Digital Power - Thanks to this function, the charger acts as a current supply with adjustable power and voltage of the injected current (up to max. 27V / 5A !)
- SMART battery charger - a function that allows the charger's operating parameters to be set individually, manually, with which it would apply current to the cells being charged
