Gas tube protector designed for AK family carbines from renowned gun accessories maker FTCS. It is made of stainless steel coated with Cerakote. It is properly fitted so that it can be evenly seated on the gas tube. Inside, the cap has two rods that act as a strut, improving the rigidity of the cover.

Cerakote coating produced a smooth surface. Combined with a series of longitudinal cutouts, it improves the characteristics of dissipation of generated heat. Allows you to complement the set well with other AK handguards from FTCS, for example, Nr. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
