Mil-Tec - Kindling with Magnesia - 15271000

A survival kit consisting of a magnesium block and a sparkler. The magnesium rod can be scraped with a serrated blade to produce flammable filings. Once scraped, the kindling generates sparks of up to 3,000 °C, making it possible to effectively ignite even wet materials. A ball chain allows for quick attachment to personal gear. You can also carry the the kit with you in an Admin Pouch type pocket.
