Magpul - MOE® AKM Hand Guard for AK-47 / AK-74 - Black - MAG620-BLK

MOE® handguard for AK family carbines made of reinforced polymer from Magpul. It is equipped with holes compatible with the M-LOK® system and shows compatibility with AKM/AK-47/AK-74 carbines and even Tantalus, among others. The modern design combines aesthetics along with the ergonomics of the applied embossing.

The user can use the ribbing on both sides of the grip to limit the movement of the hand along the handguard, which translates into higher safety in handling the carbine. The ribbing is responsible for reducing grip slippage and the convex texturing allows for an equally good grip with tactical gloves. Mounting is easy and requires no specialized tools.

M-LOK® slots on the sides and bottom allow mounting of a vertical grip and tactical lighting. Perforation on the top improves ventilation of the gas tube. The handguard is also compatible with the accessory UltiMAK Optics Mount, which allows the sight to be mounted closer to the barrel exit.

The metal shield, located inside, facilitates heat exchange and thus improves the cooling of the barrel. It should be noted that the handguard mount uses the cantilever cap from the original grip and is compatible with the version equipped with a suspension mount due to its asymmetrical design.
