Velcro holder designed to carry the Storm 1LP THL0051 flashlight on a helmet, Plate Carrier vest or other tactical vest. The holder will allow for more options to customize your gear at any given time. The handle's core is a padded panel covered with Velcro over the entire surface. The inner side has a smaller panel to hold the flashlight in place. The flashlight placed in the holder is secured with an elastic Velcro strap pulled through the clip buckle.
