Lesovik - Lightweight Hiking Hammock SUL with SMUK UL Suspension - Forest Green

The SUL (Super Ultra Light) hammock from Lesovik is another step towards reducing the weight of camping equipment. This ultra-light hammock, which can be used comfortably by people up to 200 cm tall and weighing 150 kg, weighs only 175 g. Such a low weight has been achieved thanks to the modern Monofil fabric - it is a nylon microgrid with a reinforced rip-stop weave.

Monofil fabric is very resistant to loads, and much more resistant to mechanical damage than similar super-light fabrics. In addition, it is characterized by total breathability and partial transparency, which can provide an unforgettable camping experience.

The hammock comes with SMUK UL (Ultra Light) suspension system. The use of thin, yet extremely strong (up to 660 kg of load, with a diameter of 2 mm) Dyneema line allowed to reduce weight compared to the standard SMUK system. Thanks to the use of adjustable lashings - the so-called whoopie slings, hanging up the hammock is quick and convenient.

The lashings can be shortened and lengthened as desired, ranging from 60 to 300 cm. The hammock can thus be easily adjusted after it has been hung up. The hammock is attached to the tree with the help of special 20 mm thick straps (tree huggers), which do not damage the bark. At the end of the straps there are loops, in which a crossbar of anodized aluminum is placed - it is the connection point between the straps and the rope supporting the hammock.
