A modern yet highly durable second-generation L5 Advanced Warfighter Magazine (AWM®) from Lancer. It holds 30 rounds in 5.56x45 mm/.223 Rem. The magazine is compatible with a wide range of AR15-family rifles. Its innovative hybrid design combines hardened steel jaws with a molded, patented polymer body.

The semi-transparent magazine body allows for a quick check of the remaining ammunition in the magazine. The magazine’s shape is similar to standard American metal designs, which fit most magazine pouches. The body features both concave and convex texturing, which provides a better grip.

The most significant improvements over the first generation include enhanced geometry of the feed lips and optimization of the magazine baseplate locking mechanism . Additionally, the use of polymers increases the magazine’s resistance to various chemical reactions and temperature changes. It is the lightest magazine while maintaining its professional profile. The body features a scale indicating the amount of ammunition.
