Ka-Bar - Becker Harpoon Survival Knife - Black - BK18BK
The Ka-Bar Becker Harpoon BK18 is a durable survival knife manufactured by the renowned American company KA-BAR in collaboration with Becker Knife & Tool. The model was designed by Ethan Becker for users seeking a reliable tool for bushcraft, survival, hiking, and everyday field work.
The blade is made of high-carbon 1095 Cro-Van tool steel, valued for its excellent resistance to mechanical damage, ease of sharpening, and high cutting edge durability. The distinctive Harpoon blade profile ensures excellent control during precise cuts while maintaining high strength during heavier tasks. The blade surface is coated with a matte protective finish that prevents corrosion and reduces glare.
The ergonomically shaped handle, familiar from other knives in the Becker series, is made of durable Ultramid polymer. The handle is significantly narrower than the blade, which naturally forms a guard that prevents the user’s hand from sliding onto the blade. At the end of the knife is a hole for attaching a safety lanyard. The set also includes a polymer sheath that allows for convenient carrying of the tool on a tactical belt up to approximately 8 cm wide.
