Double sealed EPeS cylinder head AEG Mk.II uni V2/3 Long Extra Fit

Double sealed cylinder head made from high quality aluminium EN AW 7075-T6 with H+PTFE coating. Precision machining on CNC machines guarantees a perfect fit with the cylinder. Improves air leakage and  quality of the shot. Used in power tuning.

Unique mounting system allows the head to be adapted to both GB v2 and v3.

The cylinder head Mk.II uni V2/3 Long has a long nozzle guide, optimal for nozzles of length 24-32mm.

The nozzle guide in the Extra Fit  version has an enlarged diameter to 5.40mm. The enlarged guide eliminates potential nozzle backlash and helps with so-called "Mid Cap Syndrome".

The bumper is made from polyurethane rubber 3mm thick and hardness 80°.
