SRS-A2/M2 is a new series of excellent spring-powered replicas manufactured by Silverback, produced under license from the American company Desert Tech®. SRS (Scout Recon Stealth) are compact sniper rifles in bullpup configuration, in which the body, together with the pistol grip, is made of polymeric plastic. Other components such as the breech chamber, barrel external barrel, bed or discharge device are made of aluminium, while the the magazine, reloading handle and magazine catch are made of steel. The A2 series is a revised version with even better performance, ergonomics and even better stock performance.
Major changes in the A2/M2 version relative to its predecessor are:
- reduction in weight rifle by up to 25%
- CNC bed in standard M-LOK
- steel tripod mount with threads 1/4-20 UNC
- redesigned trigger system
- new, patented barrel clamp
- upper RIS / Picatinny rail with the possibility of removal and replacement with another rail (available for separate sale)
