The Flatiron is a Gerber brand folding knife with a cleaver-like blade. It makes a sturdy and practical tool that will work well in the kitchen and garden, as well as in the wilderness or on a hiking trail.

The blade, with its characteristic Cleaver profile, is made of 7Cr17MoV stainless steel, which guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. It is finished with the Stonewash technique, which provides an interesting appearance and masks the scratches that naturally appear with use of the knife. The blade is opened with a large thumbhole, and the durable Frame Lock prevents accidental closing.

The handle is made of textured G-10 laminate, which allows a secure grip even with wet hands, or with gloves. The ergonomic shape of the handle increases comfort and reduces the risk of your hand slipping on the blade. For ease of transport, the knife is equipped with a clip that allows it to be carried safely inside a pants pocket or attached to a tactical vest.
