The buffer tube is designed for mounting a collapsible buttstock on AK-47, AKM and AK-74 carbines with a stamped chamber. Made of fiberglass-reinforced polymer, it provides strength with low weight. Compatible with M4/M16 standard mount buttstocks, including Commercial Spec. The adapter allows length adjustment in eight positions. The strut mount allows installation without the help of a gunsmith.
