Med Pouch Horizontal Mk III® Polish company Direct Action®, known for the production of the highest quality tactical equipment for the army and other uniformed services. The Mk III version is slightly larger than its predecessor, with a partially flexible outer handle that can accommodate even more medical equipment, which is very important while still maintaining a very flat shape of the whole. It is an indispensable part of the equipment of policemen, soldiers or lovers of an active lifestyle.

The design of the Med Pouch Horizontal consists of two parts, a handle attached to the equipment and an insert - a medical pocket closed with a two-way zipper, with handles for its immediate opening. The whole is characterized by easy access to the insole regardless of the hand used, the ejection takes place thanks to large comfortable handles made of Hypalon® cuffs. The inside of the pocket has been designed to accommodate many items worth carrying in a first aid kit. The equipment is installed using elastic bands.

The pocket fits perfectly into the back of the Direct Action MOSQUITO modular belts and similar constructions tactical belts. Its flat design will be especially useful among users who use tactical equipment in vehicles.
