BC ARMS - Ballistic Insert Archangel Soft K2 - Soft - BCA-SOFT-K2

A ballistic insert from BC ARMS designed primarily for law enforcement officers. Its design takes into account the need for freedom of movement and low weight while providing adequate ballistic protection. With its low weight and soft construction, it provides ballistic protection against 9x19 mm rounds traveling at speeds up to 470 m/s and 7.62x25 mm rounds traveling at speeds up to 420 m/s.

The insert is designed and compliant with the SAPI (Small Arms Protection Insert) standard. This means it will fit perfectly into Plate Carrier vests. The insert’s soft and flexible construction allows it to adapt to most body types. When tested with the calibers used, the insert demonstrated deflection of less than 20 mm, which should minimize the negative side effects of a hit.
