BC ARMS - Ballistic Insert Archangel Soft K2 15 x 20 cm - Set of 2 - BCA-SOFT-K2-15x20

A smaller version of the full-size Archangel Soft K2 ballistic insert from BC Arms. The 15 x 20 cm format allows the soft ballistic insert to be used on the sides of the torso. Tactical vests or cummerbund belts with a suitable pocket are ideal for carrying the inserts.

The inserts were designed with freedom of movement and low weight in mind, while providing adequate ballistic protection. Weighing approximately 250 g, it provides ballistic protection against 9x19 mm bullets with a velocity of up to 470 m/s and 7.62x25 mm bullets with a velocity of up to 420 m/s. At the same time, it is also able to protect against shrapnel, without significantly weighing down the vest with excess weight.

The soft and flexible design of the insert allows it to fit most body types. In relation to the calibers tested on it, the insert showed a deflection of less than 20 mm, which should minimize the negative side effects of a hit.

The product is intended for the civilian market. Available to adults without a license.
