The EHG™ SG9 polymer frame for the SIG Sauer P320™ Compact pistol with a manual safety. To start the adventure with this frame, the user only needs to mount the gun's operating parts onto the new one. It's a "drop-in replacement" as called by the manufacturer, which refers to the simple matter of placing the required components in the frame.

The use of polymer made it possible to achieve a relatively low weight of about 120 grams without sacrificing the strength of the structure. The grip fits securely in the hand, and its profiling allows you to use the entire surface of the hand when grasping. In addition, at the level of the index finger and under the palm, the manufacturer applied rough texturing, which provides a stable grip without slippage.

On top of the grip is a beaver tail, which is a natural hint for the user on how to hold the weapon correctly. The beaver tail also prevents the hand from slipping into the path of a recoiling breech. At the bottom of the grip, an expanded magazine well has been used to facilitate magazine replacement and general handling. In addition, a hole for a tactical lanyard is provided on the rear.

The frame has a factory magazine release button, which is made of milled steel finished with QPQ to impart anti-corrosion properties. The button can be flipped to the other side if needed, making the entire frame symmetrical in use. The EHG SG9 frame is modeled after the SIG Sauer P320™ design, making it compatible with a wide range of small arms holsters.
