The Minotaur 12-60x60 Gen II MFL spotting scope is equipped with a magnification range of 12x to 60x. This makes it possible to observe a target at high magnification while maintaining control of the surrounding environment. The 60mm objective diameter and FMC optical coating improve light transmission, providing a clear image even at maximum magnification.

The VEMP-LR objective reticle, made by etching in glass, has been placed in the second focal plane. Illumination of the reticle is available at 10 brightness levels and one additional one for night vision work. Turret adjustment is in 1/8 MOA per click increments, with a range of 40 MOA vertically and horizontally. The vertical turret is equipped with a zero-stop function, and the horizontal turret is equipped with a lock.

Eye relief ranges from 96 to 95 mm, and the field of view at 100 m ranges from 3.10 to 0.61 m. Parallax is laterally adjustable from 9 m (10 yd), eliminating aiming errors due to shifting of the point of view. For safe handling, the equipment can be transported in a scope case.

The scope's tube has a diameter of 34 mm and is made of 6061-T6 aluminum. The housing has been filled with nitrogen, which prevents evaporation of the internal optical surfaces. The design meets the IPX4 waterproofing standard and can withstand shocks of up to 1000 G. Diopter correction ranges from +2 to -2. The scope is powered by a single CR2032 battery located under the power button.
