The Swampfox Kraken is a rugged, enclosed-body red dot sight designed to ensure high durability and zero retention even under extreme conditions. The 7075 aluminum housing provides excellent resistance to mechanical damage, allowing the firearm with the red dot sight to be safely transported in a bag to the shooting range. Shock resistance up to 1500 G ensures the red dot sight maintains zero on various types of firearms.

The sealed optical system effectively protects the emitter from contaminants, mud, and moisture. Combined with an IPX7 waterproof rating, this enhances the device’s reliability in high-humidity environments and in the rain.

The red dot sight features a 3 MOA red dot reticle, enabling precise aiming. The user has 10 brightness levels at their disposal, 8 of which are designed for daytime use, while 2 are compatible with night vision devices.

The lenses are coated with multi-layer FMC optical coatings that protect against fogging, scratches, and water condensation, ensuring a clear image. The device is free from parallax at distances over 30 meters. The collimator is powered by a CR2032 battery, located in a compartment on the side of the housing. This design allows for a lower mounting profile.

The sight is equipped with the Shake 'N Wake intelligent power management system. This feature automatically turns off the backlight after 4 minutes of inactivity, putting the device into sleep mode, which significantly extends battery life. Upon detecting the slightest movement, the sight immediately wakes up and returns to the last-used brightness level.

The Kraken offers broad compatibility with various firearm models thanks to the included RMR and MOS adapters. This means the red dot sight can be used on both long guns and handguns. Precise adjustment of the reticle is achieved using knobs with a range of +/- 45 MOA both vertically and horizontally, with each click corresponding to 1 MOA.
