Silva - Map Compass Expedition 4-360 - 35692-8011
The Silva Expedition 4 is a compass for field navigation using topographic maps and GPS systems. Its design, based on a transparent base plate, allows for accurate direction transfer and distance measurement directly on the map. The model features a liquid-filled capsule with precision bearings to ensure stable needle operation. A rotating capsule with an internal magnetic declination scale enables permanent adjustment of directional correction.
An integrated magnifier allows for accurate analysis of cartographic details. Luminescent markings enable the compass to be used in low light conditions. Rubber feet stabilize the compass while working on the map, and a detachable lanyard protects it from getting lost and makes it easy to carry, for example, in a hiking backpack.
Attention: The compass lanyard is included at the back of the package.
