The Moab 2 tactical boots from Merrell are designed for soldiers and outdoor enthusiasts who need reliable support in tough conditions. This model combines military functionality with the comfort of classic trekking boots. Additional rubber reinforcement of the toe protects the toes from injury, and TPU reinforcements protect the heel.

The upper is made of a combination of Ripstop nylon, PU-coated leather and mesh, which increases its resistance to mechanical damage. A polymer collar stabilizes the ankle. A stiff, adherent tongue with inserts prevents dirt from entering. The shoe features the M-Select™ DRY system, which blocks water from the outside while allowing moisture to escape from the interior.

Thanks to a foam insole with Kinetic Fit™ BASE technology and a cushioned Merrell® Air Cushion EVA foam midsole, the shoe provides comfort even when worn for hours on end. A lacing system supported by five pairs of grommets and a pair of hooks stabilizes the foot. The aggressive five-millimeter Vibram® TC5+ tread provides traction on a variety of surfaces. They will perform well in the city as well as off-road.

The boots have insulation with an electrical hazard (EH) designation, which is a source of protection against electric shock. They contain no metal parts, making them undetectable by metal detectors. To preserve their longer life, it's worth impregnating and treating them with dedicated products.
