Lesovik - Classic Hammock Bystry with SNEKA Suspension - Treetop Green

The Bystry Classic Hammock, which is the successor to the Spirit, which was Lesovik's flagship model from 2013 to 2024. The hammock's overall usable dimensions are 330 x 145 cm, which both taller and shorter people will appreciate. Nevertheless, it has larger dimensions compared to the Spirit, which will accommodate people up to 205 cm tall.

The hammock is made of rip-stop weave nylon mesh, and is geared for high strength, so it has a maximum load capacity of up to 250 kg. The denser mesh, which has partial breathability will work well for people who do not need to count every gram in their expedition gear. In addition, the material has been coated with a gentle impregnation, for protection against dirt.

Included with the hammock, the user receives a standard SNEKA suspension. It includes Dyneema webbing and aluminum mounting snap hooks in a contrasting color to those naturally found in the forest. The whole thing is packed in a crimped pouch, also made of rip-stop weave fabric. In addition, the carrying pouch has openings on two sides, the opening of which can be adjusted with beaded stopper strings.

Aluminum pegs are an even lighter mounting element than snap hooks, bringing the total weight of the kit to 310 grams. The 20mm wide ladder strap has woven rungs instead of sewn in, which positively translates into overall durability. The adjustment range is from 3 to 300 cm, and the adjustment itself is done by snapping a snap hook into the set rung.

Despite its larger dimensions, if only in relation to the SUL hammock, the Bystry will not take up much space in a hiking backpack. The hammock can be easily folded into a muff-type cover. You don't have to make a special effort to do so, but be sure to use all the available space inside the bag.
