Ka-Bar - Fixed Blade Knife Dust II 5.25″ - Clip Point - D2 - Green - 6101

The Dust knife from Ka-Bar features a handle inspired by the 1217 USMC The Legend, as well as Scandinavian - flat blade cut. It features a Clip Point profile blade made of D2 carbon steel with a black coating for more demanding work. The design of the wedge allows for better work with long pieces of wood, for example.

The handle, with its unique greenish color, is made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon. Its shape is clearly reminiscent of Ka-Bar classics, presenting it, however, in a refreshed edition. Delicate texturing of the surface significantly facilitates grip and even prevents accidental slipping of the knife in difficult conditions.

Included with the knife, the user receives a dedicated scabbard for carrying it. The scabbard mounting is compatible with the MOLLE system, so it can be attached to a tactical vest. Two polymer straps, functioning as snap buckles, are responsible for the attachment. The scabbard is double-sided, which means that if the user so desires, he can rearrange the attachment as needed.

The extended shape of the knife will work best when working in the open or in space, where the full potential of this tool can be used. The blade, despite the use of carbon steel, will be adequately durable thanks to the application of a black coating with anti-corrosion properties. Ultimately, if the knife gets dirty, its cleaning will be extremely easy due to the materials used.
