The repellent is compact and generates a protection range of up to 3 meters. The device has two ultrasonic pulse emitters working in each direction. The sound waves cause disorientation in ticks and fleas by affecting their nervous system. The device is operated with a button that serves as an on/off switch. In addition, the repellent will automatically turn itself off as a power saving measure after 24 hours without use. The built-in lithium battery lasts up to 14 months of operation, depending on the intensity of its use. Using the repellent, the user will get rid of a sizable problem during survival and bushcraft.

The device is activated by pulling the strap from the side of the case. To operate the device, press the button and hold it for 3 seconds, and the device will give a signal with an LED. To check the efficiency when using the device, simply press the button and see if the LED blinks. Carrying it in a bag or backpack significantly reduces the protection range. No single means of protection can provide full effectiveness.
