Holosun - Open Collimator SCS MP2 - Solar Panel - SCS-MP2-GR

The SCS MP2 collimator from Holosun is a compact sight dedicated to the S&W MP2 9mm and .40 pistols. The collimator has a low-profile base, which provides access to fixed sighting instruments. The body is made of 7075 T6 aluminum and properly sealed to meet IP68 standards and withstand vibrations up to 5000 G.

The sight uses the Solar Failsafe™ system for power supply. It consists of two components - a solar panel and a built-in battery. Under conditions of sufficient sunlight, the collimator will only use the panel for power. On the other hand, in low-light conditions it will benefit from the rechargeable battery, which lasts up to 20,000 h. The power consumption of the LED is at the microA level.

Solar Failsafe is also responsible for automatically adjusting the intensity of the spot, adapting it optimally to the ambient light. As with the power supply, it does not matter whether the light falling on the cell is natural or artificial. The collimator sight is equipped with the Multi-Reticle System™ (MRS). It allows the user to choose the type of aiming point - a 2 MOA dot, a 32 MOA circle or a combination of the two.

The sight is equipped with a system of advanced lenses, multi-coated with reflective coatings. This solution made it possible to achieve excellent transmission of visible light. The image visible through the lens is clear, bright and parallax-free. All the dots are displayed using a single LED, so there is no need to reset them after changing their shape. The aiming point spot is green in color.
