The Helikon Hardshell Squall is a men's rain jacket equipped with a three-layer 3L TorrentStretch membrane that provides impressive water resistance of 30,000 mm water column and breathability of 30,000 g/m2/24h. Thanks to its properties, it ensures comfort during use, even in pouring rain. Thus, it will serve well as an EDC jacket for typical rainy weather and as an advanced outdoor jacket.

Maximum protection against moisture is also ensured by waterproof YKK AquaGuard zippers, with the main zipper being two-way. Additionally, the Helikon jacket features glued seams, and the material has been treated with DWR PFC Free. The Hardshell Squall has a hood with a high collar, into which the jacket can be rolled up. This way, it takes up little space and will fit almost anywhere.

The Helikon Hardshell has a very good RET evaporation coefficient of <5. This parameter determines the degree of moisture wicking to the outside of the jacket, ensuring proper comfort during use. The jacket is also equipped with 3 pockets – two external and one internal. When using a hardshell jacket, it is recommended to wear layers that wick away moisture to the outside – thermoactive clothing will be helpful in this regard.
