Polymer piston type "Swiss Cheese" High speed 14.5 steel teeth

Made from a highly durable polymer, the piston has a slimmed down design that is perfect for configurations such as High Speed, or DSG.

Specific cut-outs commonly referred to as "Swiss Cheese" are designed to reduce the weight of the piston to a dizzying 12 grams. The reduced mass generates less momentum, increasing the life of the gearbox particularly in DSG configurations for which much stronger springs are used.
