One of the smallest MOSFETs available on the market. Equipped with a special transistor with low resistance, this model allows the mechanical contacts to be relieved, thus increasing the lifespan and firing rate of the replica. 

Features of the circuit:
-Size - 14x6x3mm
-Acceptable battery voltage - 7V to 17V.
-Maximum replica exit velocity - 650 FPS on 0.2g BBs
-Maximum firing rate of the replica - 50 shots per second
