Reinforced Bearing Piston Head POM for High ROF (TPNS)

The reinforced bearing piston head, made from POM (Polyoxymethylene), is designed for high-powered tuning and quieting the operation of the replica by reducing the impact surface. It is the lightest among the piston heads produced by the Italian company FPS Softair, specifically tailored for rifles with a firing rate exceeding 30 BBs/s.

 This piston head significantly reduces the weight of the piston, thereby decreasing stress and wear on the rest of the system. The specific shape of the bumper ensures that the ventilation holes are never blocked by the cylinder head bumper. Simultaneously, it avoids leaving too much air between the cylinder head and piston head, providing an excellent system to prevent vacuum without causing power loss.

 Developed through the experience of Nico Saccocci from NikkSakk.Extreme.Airsoftcustom, this piston head comes with metal bearings and a technopolymer washer. For tunings focused on very high rates of fire, the manufacturer recommends using the technopolymer washer to reduce the mass of the cylinder head.
