The Reinforced Carbon Piston Head FPS Softair X-RING (XPAVPCF)
is a piston head made from a technopolymer reinforced with carbon fiber, designed for high rates of fire (ROF) and to
reduce gearbox noise. It is created by the Italian company FPS Softair. This
piston head is specifically designed for airsoft guns with a firing rate
exceeding 30 rounds per second.
The application of this piston head reduces the piston's weight,
significantly lowering mechanical stress and noise. The special design of
the front part (conical degradation towards the center) ensures that the
ventilation holes are never closed by the cylinder head bumper. It maintains an optimal
air volume between the cylinder head and piston head, providing an anti-vacuum
system without causing power loss.
Additionally, the piston head is equipped with an X-RING seal,
ensuring smooth operation and reduced friction inside the cylinder.
