Dummy AN / PRC-152 type radio receiver, commonly used by the US Army, USAF, Marines and US Navy corps. It can be used for decorative purposes as a piece of equipment, but it also allows the installation of a PMR radio inside, provided that a headset with a separate PTT button is used.
