Hardened expandable batons (ExB) are designed for professional use in extreme conditions. They serve for fast self-defense in various conflict situations.

The difference from the non-hardened version lies in the expandable tubes, which are made from a superior material that is heat-treated and hardened. Thanks to this, the batons are highly resistant to bending if subjected to a hard impact. The surface finish is black nickel-zinc (with good abrasion resistance) or chrome (silver surface).

They meet the requirements of the German standard for expandable batons. This product is suitable for police, security agencies, and guards, for defense against an assailant armed with a knife, or for walking alone or with a dog in the countryside.

The expandable baton is opened by a sharp flick and remains firmly fixed in this position.

Anti-slip handle with a rough "H" surface: Its design significantly reduces any possibility of the baton being pulled from the hand and gives the user comfortable assurance.

Supplied with plastic holder BH-54, for which a European patent was granted (EP 1832834). This plastic holder enables:
1. very quick drawing of the baton with just one hand, as there is almost no friction thanks to the automatic opening of the holder after unfastening the nylon strap
2. the possibility of modifying the size of the belt aperture by cutting the dividers, allowing the holder to be tilted forward or backward as needed
3. the holder with the unfastened nylon strap allows carrying of an expanded baton
