TheDirect Action MOSQUITO Hip Panel L is an extended hip panel that lowers the mounting point of accessories relative to the belt line and tidies up the draw zone. The laminated construction with laser-cut slots ensures an even MOLLE/PALS raster across the panel.

The larger footprint of the L version allows you to deploy several modules on a single axis (e.g., holster and pouches) without overlapping attachments. Low-profile edges reduce the risk of snagging on layers of clothing and make it easier to work under a vest or jacket.

Installation with the MOSQUITO Belt Sleeve is accomplished by interweaving webbing in the panel and belt sleeve cutouts, which stiffens the connection and reduces horizontal movement. The arrangement maintains a repeatable grip geometry while marching, kneeling and working in the vehicle.

Cordura 500D grade laminate provides a favorable stiffness-to-weight ratio and stability under load. Mounting holes guide the webbing evenly, making it easy to quickly reposition modules and control the suspension height of attachments.

The Adaptive Green variant maintains consistency with other elements of the armor, and the spacing of MOLLE/PALS slots allows logical grouping of tools and pouches into functional "blocks" without unnecessary distances.
