The Direct Action Low Profile Cuff Pouch is a handcuff case made of rubber and laminate with a low-profile design. It is designed for concealed carry under clothing, primarily for uniformed services working in plain clothes. The snap fastener allows for quick removal of the handcuffs and prevents them from accidentally falling out.

The partially stiffened structure allows for comfortable and quiet carrying of handcuffs, without the risk of revealing their position through metallic echoing. The Direct Action handcuff cover is attached to a 45mm belt using functional Velcro.
