Direct Action - Combat Shirt Vanguard - RAL 7013 - SH-VGCS-PDF-R13

The Vanguard Combat Shirt by Direct Action is designed for use in difficult terrain conditions. It is made of Polartec PowerDry FR fabric on the body, NyCo RipStop on the sleeves, and Cordura 500D as reinforcement on the elbows. The PowerDry FR modacrylic-viscose blend is flame-resistant, meaning it has increased resistance to contact with flames. NyCo RipStop and Cordura 500D fabrics are highly resistant to wear and tear.

The Vanguard sweatshirt works well as the first layer of a tactical clothing system. In addition to protecting against abrasions, it also allows freedom of movement and wicks away excess moisture. Two shoulder pockets allow you to carry small items within easy reach. Additionally, there are Velcro panels on the surface of the pockets that can be used for personalization with military patches.

All zippers on the sweatshirt are from YKK and have rectangular reinforced fabric pullers. The sweatshirt can be unzipped up to 1/3 of its total length. When zipped up, the raised stand-up collar partially covers the neck and nape. The bottom edge at the back has been extended so that even without tucking it into your pants, it can cover your lower back. The cuffs can be adjusted with a Velcro flap.
