Rip Away version of a medical equipment pouch. Made of 1000D polyester. Closed with a strap and two-way zipper. Inside compartments, flexible handles, and two mounting loops. Velcro mounting panel. It is attached to two vertical MOLLE straps. Can be mounted horizontally or vertically. There is Velcro on the top for the markings.
