BaoFeng BF-T17 two-way radio set operating in the free PMR446 band. The devices operate in simplex mode on 16 pre-programmed channels, enabling group communication on the same frequency and Sub-Code. An antenna and an LED flashlight, activated by a dedicated function button, are located on the top of the housing.

The device is controlled using a power and volume knob and navigation buttons, which allow you to select a channel, lock the keypad, or enter weak signal monitoring mode. The radio supports the VOX function for voice transmission and automatic channel scanning.

Interference is reduced by CTCSS (50 codes) and DCS (210 codes) tones, as well as 10-level noise reduction. The device also features a Time Out Timer, which automatically turns off the power after a specified period of inactivity. The set is powered by 3.7 V rechargeable batteries charged via a USB port.

A full charge takes 4 to 5 hours, indicated by the LED indicator changing from red to green. Power-saving mode activates automatically, reducing energy consumption. The radios are equipped with a jack output for connecting external audio accessories and clips for easy attachment to a belt or tactical pants pocket.
